ASPAN, a local association from Italy, has reached out to Genuine Way to digitize the supply-chain of cereals and wheat for the production of flour. This project successfully brings together farmers, mills and bakeries from the province of Bergamo (Lombardy) in an effort to share real-time data with consumers and assure the local farm-to-table provenance of the flour being used by each bakery.
